Requirements

  • Ideally lives in southeast London
  • Some experience preferred
  • Well-organised and efficient
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Friendly, reliable and punctual
  • Can work as a part of a team yet can act autonomously when required

Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone
  • Managing the day to day running of an office
  • Ordering and managing supplies
  • Dealing with invoices
  • Drawing up Tenancy Agreements
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Dealing with Sales paperwork
  • Filing and general admin work
  • Booking in appointments

Salary: dependent on experience and role.
