Unlike many agents who do their own references, we avoid any potential conflict of interest or the possibility of tenants supplying false information by using accredited third party reference agencies who provide a full range of reference checks, including a full credit search and a County Court Judgement search.

Property Management

Our comprehensive property management is an essential part of our lettings service. After finding you tenants, we look after them and you throughout the tenancy. This includes everything from collecting rent and handling all administration, to dealing with any problems that may arise. For any maintenance problems, we work with a number of qualified local tradesmen who we can call upon at short notice
