Our business was established around 18 years ago by the current directors Robert Whimperley-Dixon and Daniel Maifredi. Since then we have gradually grown our team and business to become one of southeast London’s most respected estate agents. We are a small firm but have established a large presence in the areas we cover. Providing high quality customer service is our guiding principle so anyone who works for us must have this same aim.

1. Sales and lettings negotiator

Requirements

  • Ideally lives in southeast London
  • Some experience preferred
  • Knowledge of local property market: you need to know about properties that are currently on the market, properties which are new to the market each week, and who the local market leaders are and why
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Friendly, reliable and punctual
  • Prepared to do viewings after 6pm
  • Desire to exceed expectations for every customer
  • Motivated by success
  • Can work as a part of a team yet can act autonomously when required
  • Can gain instructions by building up good relationships with buyers and tenants

Salary: basic is dependent on experience but 15K upwards plus commission.

2. Property administrator 

Requirements

  • Ideally lives in southeast London
  • Some experience preferred
  • Well-organised and efficient
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Manage the day to day running of an office
  • Responsible for ordering and managing supplies
  • Can deal with invoices
  • Computer literate
  • Friendly, reliable and punctual
  • Can work as a part of a team yet can act autonomously when required

Salary: dependent on experience and role.
